Unlike the other courses that Anne-Marie offers, the influence from Pilates will be gentle, and that from yoga also, though the movement element to the class will involve attention to good posture and ease of movement, in keeping with a very relaxing and meditative approach. Various breath practices will be used to help mind and body relax, and refresh. Guided relaxation and meditation will be part of each of these classes. No prior practice of pilates, yoga or meditation is necessary.
