Deirdre Seery.  Deirdre has trained regularly with Anne-Marie since 2014.

I have attended Anne-Marie’s class for over three years now.  The beginners classes seemed very different to classes I attended with other teachers and I was wondering if I was doing anything at all.  Fear not, Anne-Marie’s style is pure core training and these early teachings are the foundation for all future Pilates classes.  Anne-Marie is an excellent teacher for whom the quality of the exercise takes precedent over quantity.  Her approach ensures that we do not injure ourselves by overstretching and that we really understand the importance of body posture in all areas of our lives.  I would really recommend Pilates Haven and Anne-Marie’s courses and I will continue to attend and improve.
